The Internet Department was a huge help. Because of them, I was totally prepared when I went to the dealership. My Sales Person at McCafferty was a ton of help as well. Over the years I have purchased many cars and trucks and other rolling equipment of various sizes. Two months ago I purchased a car from a local dealer that resulted in a great car, made miserable by a bad dealer. Last week I think I found the best of both worlds, a great truck from a professional salesperson. He found what I was looking for at a reasonable price, executed the financing without incidence, and delivered the vehicle to my home in Langhorne. I want to tell you my vehicle was completed in a very timely manner and I would highly recommend McCafferty as an excellent dealer for anyone to deal with. I was extremely pleased by the fact that I could have been charged a small fortune to replace a part but I was given the chance to have the repair done by an exhaust specialist and it saved me at least $900.00. I very much appreciate the up front honesty and help I was afforded by your service department. I have told all of my friends and colleagues about my great experience and they were all quite surprised and very impressed. I'm writing this email to let you know how very satisfied I was with the service I received from your Quality Care Center. On June 25, I was rear-ended by someone who failed to come to a stop. Needless to say my 97' Maxima was a mess. I took it in for an estimate to later find out that it was totaled...something I had never dealt with before. I worked with one of the estimators throughout the entire process and she was an absolute delight. She helped me with the insurance companies, got a rental car for me, did some research and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I was disappointed that my Max was a total loss but she kept everything moving in a timely manner and made the entire process go smoothly. She has fantastic people and communication skills and seems to be a truly nice person. After all the paper work was finalized and my car taken away from your lot, she told me about some great deals at your Hyundai dealership. I paid a visit and test drove a 2007 Sonata. I looked at some other cars up and down route one and checked the internet but ended up going back and buying the car I test drove. So, not only did she help me get out of my old car, she helped me into a new car from McCafferty (our 2nd vehicle from McCafferty). You are fortunate to have such a quality employee on your team.
