I'm writing this email to let you know how very satisfied I was with the service I received from your Quality Care Center. On June 25, I was rear-ended by someone who failed to come to a stop. Needless to say my 97' Maxima was a mess. I took it in for an estimate to later find out that it was totaled...something I had never dealt with before. I worked with one of the estimators throughout the entire process and she was an absolute delight. She helped me with the insurance companies, got a rental car for me, did some research and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I was disappointed that my Max was a total loss but she kept everything moving in a timely manner and made the entire process go smoothly. She has fantastic people and communication skills and seems to be a truly nice person. After all the paper work was finalized and my car taken away from your lot, she told me about some great deals at your Hyundai dealership. I paid a visit and test drove a 2007 Sonata. I looked at some other cars up and down route one and checked the internet but ended up going back and buying the car I test drove.
